Your role: As a substitute at Kohli Urbach Rechtsanwälte AG, you will support our solicitors and legal experts in all areas of commercial law. Your tasks will include, but will not be limited to:
- Assisting in dealing with complex business law issues
- Researching and analysing legal issues
- Preparing briefs and expert opinions
- Participating in client meetings and court appointments
- Project managing major legal projects
Your profile:
- Successfully completed a law degree at a university (lic. iur. or MLaw)
- Passion for issues relating to commercial law
- Very willing to learn, with a sense of curiosity and commitment
- Winning mentality and willingness to go the extra mile
- A team player with strong German and English communication skills
